Shijiazhuang ,the capital of Hebei province ,is located in North China plain ,borders in the north on Beijing , the capital of China , and Tianjin , port city (275 km away from Beijing , 400 km from Tianjin) , on the Bohai sea and North China Oil field in the east and Taihang Mountains in the west ,with total area 15848 sq.km and population 8540 thousand .It is the centre of Hebei provinicial politics ,economics ,science and technology and culture ,industry enterprise with quite a strong base and scale and various in kind ,mainly including textile , medicine ,electronics ,chemical industry ,construction material ,light industry ,formed a comprehensive industry structure with a rational distribution .
